How do I send pics to burstcast from my mobile?
Easy. Use your phone to MMS (or Email) them to pics@burstcast.com. On most devices you select the picture you want to send in, select “send via multimedia” or “mms”. In the “To” field put pics@burstcast.com. Then send it. Go to www.burstcast.com to view your photos.

How long will it take for my pictures to appear on burstcast?
Depending on your mobile, your carrier and where you are, the time it takes for the picture to get from your mobile to us can take between 10 seconds and 10 minutes.

Will burstcast work with my mobile or carrier?
Though we have not tested every mobile device, we've tested a good number of them. burstcast works with most mobile devices provided they can send pictures. If your carrier does not yet have the capability to send pictures via MMS or Email burstcast will not work with them. Check with your mobile carrier to see if they support picture mail.

Will burstcast work from outside the US?
You're welcome to use burstcast from outside the US. We've only tested it with US networks.

This field is critical for your account to operate correctly with your mobile. If you were to change this field without changing the mobiles email address on your device then your account would no longer work.

Each mobile device comes assigned with its own specific e-mail address. Your e-mail address varies depending on your carrier. (for example: Tmobile - 5552125000@tmomail.net or Sprit - johndoe@pm.sprint.com)

What if I have two phones that I want to be able to send in pictures with?
The burstcast system requires that there is only one mobile device per account. In the event you have multiple mobile devices, you will need to create an account for each one.

This means that all pictures you send in from your mobile device will be made “Public” and be viewable on the burstcast homepage, all page and userpage by both burscast users and non users.

What if I mark “Make all incoming messages Private”?
